My car antenna is bent, what to do? - antenna works auto

I have an Acura Integra 94 with an engine that folds. The antenna is bent, so you should be able to signal when receiving the radio turned on, but gets no signal of static electricity. When I on the radio, lights and numbers on the radio display (rotate the antenna trying to get up but can not because) the trend, but no sound.

My main questions:
- Is the radio broken?
- If I get a new antenna work?
- Is connected to speakers? Otherwise, how can I solve this problem?
- I asked one man, auto parts store collar, and he thinks it's a backup. If it resolve a backup, as it is?
